New Year, New Platform - January has been an exciting month for Draftbit! We've launched several quality-of-life improving features for our users 🎉

Properties Panel 🎨

We've rebuilt and redesigned the right hand side of Draftbit from the ground up into what we call the Properties Panel. You'll see four new tabs:

• Our New Styles Panel supports every layout and styling feature in React Native. That means anything you can do in code, you can now do in Draftbit 😍

• The second tab, the Config Panel houses all non-styles related props. Anything from accessibility to hit slop. If there are properties you need to set and you don't have them in Styles, look here!

• We've been working hard on providing Data to our users. We've dedicated a whole tab to making that happen! When you use the Fetch component, you'll have the ability to set your REST API options here. Every component that lives under Fetch will have an option to map to the right data field here.

• Last but not least, our new Actions panel gives you the ability to open URLS, press buttons and lays the ground work for other features in our roadmap.

Infrastructure Improvements 🛠

We've made significant improvements to the stability and security of Draftbit. That means you'll be able to build more screens faster with less bugs.

New Looks 💁‍♀️

We've started updating Draftbit to follow our brand new design system called Waterloo. We've moved the Profile Settings and Theme Settings into a modal so you don't have to constantly click back and forth to different screens -- everything conveniently lives in the screen builder!
